Refund Policy

All sales are final. EvidentlySo gives you your messages as soon as you run it, and we can’t take a capture back once it’s made. For that reason, we don’t offer refunds on Text Extraction.

But we won’t leave you stuck. If you have trouble installing the app, capturing your messages, or exporting your PDFs, email support@evidentlyso.com. We’ll work with you until your messages are out.

One exception: If EvidentlySo can’t work on your phone at all and we can’t fix it, we’ll refund your purchase. Just email us within 30 days of buying. [REVIEW: 30 days]

Monthly Updates: You can cancel any time. You keep Monthly Updates through the end of the period you’ve already paid for. We don’t refund partial months.
