Do you store my messages?
No. Your messages go from your phone straight to your own Dropbox. They never touch our servers.
What does the app send to you, then?
Only what’s needed to check your license: your license key and whether your purchase or subscription is active. Never message content, contacts, or phone numbers. [REVIEW against the license design]
Will the court accept these PDFs?
Every court and judge has its own rules, so we can’t promise that. EvidentlySo is built to make your messages clear, complete, and easy to verify. Each export includes a record of what was included and a digital fingerprint of the full capture, so anyone can confirm nothing was changed. Ask your attorney how to present messages in your case.
Can I choose which conversations to export?
Yes. The app captures everything on your phone, and you choose which conversations and dates go in each PDF.
Does it include pictures?
Yes, picture messages are included. [REVIEW: RCS, group chats, voice messages, video]
What about iPhone?
Not yet. EvidentlySo works on Android only for now.
Why isn’t it in the Google Play Store?
We sell directly for now. A Play Store version may come later.
What does “Sold through Link” mean? What’s LINK.COM* EVIDENTLYSO on my statement?
Our payments are handled by Stripe through its Link service. It collects and pays sales tax for us, which is why checkout says “Sold through Link” and your statement shows LINK.COM* EVIDENTLYSO. That’s your EvidentlySo purchase.
How do I cancel Monthly Updates?
Use the Manage your subscription link on our Account page, in the app, or in your receipt email. Your data stays yours after you cancel.
What if I get a new phone?

Can I get a refund?
All sales are final. But if you’re having trouble getting your messages out, email support@evidentlyso.com and we’ll work with you until you do. If EvidentlySo can’t work on your phone at all and we can’t fix it, we’ll refund you. See our Refund Policy.
